I'm upstairs when I hear the misses yell, "Spider! Spider! Spider!". I go downstairs and then here, "Fire, Fire, Fire" (it sounds like spider). I went into the laundry room and see some sparks and a flame from behind the dryer. I see quickly that an electronic board behind the dryer had started sparking... I unplugged it, to later find that all the jugs of liquid sitting on top of the dryer, or at least one, had began to leak, and the leak had made its way past the back board on the dryer, and had wet the dust...just enough to make it conductive.

/make sure your liquids on your dryer isn't leaking and you won't have a 'spider attack'.

Hope everything is OK....you have your share of drama...I pray things turn around for you!

Yes, my share of drama never ceases. I bring my stories to other's that may like to here of them.

Fixed the dryer, everything is fine. Like an old truck driver, you just get another peterbuilt.

I also had a problem in the house Friday afternoon. I was at the computer and I smelled smoke. I yelled or my wife to come and help me locate where it was coming from. We found the the light in the bathroom at the sink was hot. I open up the fixture and there was a little tranformer in the light and it was smoking. So we had no lights is the bathroom until last night......Matt

Speaking of handy, when I was growing up, I was the handiest person in my little trailer park. For some reason, everyone knew who I was and they always called on me to fix their; cars, tvs, water heater, ceiling fan, central A/C, etc,.... it got to the point where I started telling people, "Ceiling fan?, Wow, if I knew anything about that kind of stuff, I would be a millionaire".

//Never again let anyone know that I 'knew stuff'.
