Had quite a day with the eagle chick..CLOSEUP.

Glad I had to mow today,I knew the State would be there any weekday now.I made a couple passes and grass was still to damp to mow just as they drove in..so I followed them over to the nest site.

Only four shots to get the string over the target branch for the climbing rope.

Jim has been doing this for 26 years..








The best part is...I GOT TO HOLD IT,all 9 lb. 3 oz. a 7-8 week old female.
