Stopped on my way home at a place that never let me down yet, or about 7 other people ive brought there..
It started to rain as soon as i got out of my truck, so i took of my control box of the deus and put it in my pocket. I always hunt by sound and use the box as a reference.
But not having it is a totally different story.. You really listen more, I like it.
I think i will do that for now on..
Back to what i found.
1828 half cent. 1806 KG111. And a state button..
Happy hunting and thats for looking.
George

Lol, I hate you!! I find one 1803 Large Cent today and am as happy as could be, than I log on TNet and see you posting all these coppers. Congrats on that hunt, I would have loved to be there.

That is all the info the book gives George. I don't think it is a city worker button though. It can be very frustrating sometimes lol. The RV1 rating is pretty low, but it is for one with a rim. The Great Seal button without the rim is older than the one with a rim. Don't know if the same is true with yours.
Abe and I tried helping another Tnetter out with a button he found ( a Marine Corp one ) but I think we left him with questions still too.

Great finds!
How do you like to set up your Deus? It is still new to me, but I am liking it so far...
Thanks

Tuff question cornman..
All depends on site.
But i like 0 disc, full tones, and the reac, 2 or 3, silencer -1, TX 2, sencs, as high as the site allows.

Great finds George! I'm still looking for my first 1/2 cent coin. Love the Philly button, very good detail left! Nice score and Big Congrats!

I've never dug a half cent, or recall ever seeing one. Congrats on some awesome finds!

That was a great hunt George. And that button is one I've never seen. I dug a PA button, or at least I think that's what it is, about 3 years ago but yours looks way cooler. Very nice!

Are you going to post it?

Thanks Vino. I did a post on Today's Finds but I think it is already a couple pages down due to the heavy traffic on here.

Here it is, Not much but I was still thrilled to find it. I like it's details.
