Hallmark Help!

Found this at an old train stop. It looks like there's a sideways anchor, a lion, and what looks to be some sort of letter. Maybe lowercase b. any info would be great!

More pictures of the entire object please, we need to know what it is or what the whole object looks like to know where to start researching this, is it made of precious metal, or pewter, is it a piece of jewelry?

It is silver. And I think it's the front of a locket.

Nice find, looks to be a broach!!

That style of "b" which is a date letter means it was made in 1876, the anchor means it was made in Birmingham England, the lion means it's Sterling .925.
