Today I stopped after school at one of my favorite pick up banks. They had $69.00 in halves, which produced a single '68 :) . One is better than nothing! I also bought a disappointing Brinks box of pennies.
Wheats:
'41
'45
'45s
'46
'52?
'53 x2
'56
'58d

Canadian:
'61
'62
'63
'64 x2
'66 x2
'69
'72
'73
and (14) 1984 and newer

You got silver and wheat pennies. I would also consider that brinks penny box dissapointing, I average 18 wheats per box. But like some other folks on here, that penny box would be great for them considering they average 4-6 wheats per box. Be thankful for what you got. Slowly take those wheats out of circulation :headbang:

CPL,
Good job. One 40% (a nice crisp looking '68-D) is not bad for less than $70 in rolls hunted. :icon_thumright:
The numbers on Wheats are pretty fair too. I generally get less than a dozen. I think Wheats is a case of quality over quantity. I like pulling those old ones from the teens and twenties. :icon_thumleft:
Keep it up!
Steve

Holy crap! down here in Texas I average 5 a box or so. Only 1 Canadian every box I'm on the exact opposite side! LOL
