Quite heave quartzite multifunctional hammer stone, or "pitted pebble" as Kneberg and Lewis called it in 1939 when doing their landmark lower Hiwassee River studies;
Obvious usage wear from hammering in middle of both sides, and usage wear along two of the side edges.
