Historically, the May long weekend can be cool and rainy but today I woke up to snow on the ground!
The general rule for planting (like tomatoes) is to wait until the May long weekend as it's known to be safe.
For the first time in my life, there's a few centimeters of snow this morning and the overnight low is -6C.
Environment Canada said "risk of frost overnight." Really? You donkey's think we might get frost with -6C?

I know, Queen Vicky wore black and mourned most of her life but this year her tears have turned into ice!
Guess I'm pulling out the Playstation or X-box today.

Any more crappy weather to report around the continent?
