The earliest know MK V is dated 1916.

It is possible that it is an earlier MK I, MK II, MK III & MK IV Morse and Schrader helme
 
just for interest's sake. one of the siebe gorman diver pumps as were used in the pearl diving industry in Torres Strait in the 1880's. they were hand-operated ! helmets, if one can still get one, reportedly go for up to AUD$ 10,000.-
