Has anybody hunted beaches at St Thomas -going there in Feb

I'll be in St Thomas for a couple of days in February. I am planning on bringing the Excalibur (my wife is rolling her eyes). We will be staying near Red Hook. Does anyone have any suggested beaches

Any info would be appreciated.
