I received a response from surfdog. He was injured going to the post office to ship my package. He refunded my money. Please say a prayer he recovers. Here is his message to me.

sorry, I fell on the ice on my way to the post office, I am in North Dakota, and have been laid up at my daughters house.I am refunding your money. Again, my apologizes.This has never happened to me. Bill
