Has anyone seen these marks

I am finging a number of halves with a black line across the face or the number 270 or 271 written on the face. Is anyone else finging these marks? I am in ohio. If you are , where are you located?

Im looking for the guy that marks 40s with a purple sharpie. Found 6 last night?

I have not seen those numbers but have seen marks from hunters all across the country.

I have found a couple with the number "21" and "22" written on them. But I'm in Illinois.
