Has anyone used a sniper coil on a Grounhog? What are your thoughts on it.

Years ago my buddy had a Garrett Groundhog and he did well in the trashy parks as it would get between the trash to the coins.
 

Well that sounds what I have kinda heard from other users of sniper coils.(not from older Garretts though.)
Was wondering about my groundhog because I am going to buy a newer machine.
When I buy my new one probably wont be using the groundhog much.
I am getting one to find gold.
But for Less than $50 i might just get it anyway.

Just practiced with my groundhog with the stock coil and can pick up a 1/8th size split shot fishing weight 1 inch under the ground.
It weighs .8 of a gram.
