Have a coin and a ring found yesterday and need some help.

Not sure if this is a real coin and if so can anyone ID for me, the ring seems old with markings I thought were just random for decoration but when I looked closer they seem to be in a definite pattern? Has anyone seen this before?

Look like the ring says "LORENZO". The coin looks like a copy of a California Gold coin.

Your right it does say Lorenzo, I was looking at the wrong thing.

The coin is Swiss, looks like it was on a bracelet or something.

The coin looking item is a chain ornament, which fit in the middle of a chain for decoration, and that explains why it has a loop at the top and bottom. Here is another one:

Swiss coin is correct but octagon in shape. Can you post a better pic of the back? It looks like a red cross symbol.
