TAMAQUA — A 36-year-old Tamaqua man faces disorderly conduct charges after he mooned his neighbors Sunday morning, borough police said.
James Akins, Washington Street, told police that he, his wife, Sherry, and 12-year-old daughter were on their way to church when John Roberts went to his front window, pulled down his pants and pressed his buttocks against the window, police said.
