🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Have ideas but need help

Found this earlier this week on old farm homesite. Think maybe it came off old wagon bed or maybe some other farm equipment. Whatever it was bolted to was an 1 1/4” thick. The bolts are 10”apart. Thanks in advance for any insight. Happy hunting

Looks like part of an old horse harness rig after the leather straps and wood rotted away.
