every spot I hunt the 1st thing is to find old natural trees, then scour the base and exposed roots. hard 83 on the ATPro= 1.9 G of Ster., now if only the stone is real (not likely), my major disappointment of no Mercs., Barbers, Wheat or IH's will be relievedadd 2 bucks in clad for gas money

Over the years I have found many rings and silver coins at the base of large trees. I also tend to find a lot of human trash in the same locations, but the goodies make it all worthwhile.
