It could be a trap. I saw a stone example of it. Some traps are designed to cause damage and some of the ones that are seen are designed more to attract the attention and entertain the hunters. Some of them, which are made of concrete and mortar, can be both a box and a trap, considering the place where they are placed. (They are often seen at the mouth of the waterfalls).

Probably a boulder trap, you can find those on prospect tunnel entrances if the falls is facing east or south then it could be a tunnel entrance, if you remove those boulder piles down below where they sealed the entrance it would roll down on your diggers. Best thing to do is direct vertical towards the Chamber like a shortcut they sealed that for a porpuse never to be opened again. Because from what i observed when the Japanese recovers, they no longer care about the tunnel the past burial engineers dug. They seem to know where the vault is just by looking at old trees and Boulders using a sketchpad and a compass and what they call the " 64 Mili-radian Burial formula". Because the access tunnels are either collapsed, laid with cyanide or explosives and
they know that.
