If I heard the video right, it wasn't Wal-Mart, it was a third party seller on Wal-Mart's site. I don't know what liability attaches to them in that case, but my guess is not much.

China invents nothing and copies everything from other countries they’ve stolen ideas from. I collect coins and would never buy a valuable gold or silver coin unless it was both PCGS and CAC certified.
