"IRS set lowest tax rate at 75%." I've been paying at minimum, 122% tax on my water and sewer bill. Then in the spring, there is a 'special well abandonment' tax that raises my water and sewer tax to 238%. Yes, I live in the 7th highest taxed state in the Union.
