Yeah, keep looking and cash in your pop cans for batteries like the rest of us!

Welcome to TNet! If you're finding cans then then you should be all set for gold rings or jewelry!
You just got to swing over it!

Lay a pull tab on the ground and wave coil over it to adjust disc so you'll hear the pull tab. Many gold rings are at the Pull Tab range. Good luck.

Top name by the way hahah. So do I just leave the settings the same.
I've got a viking v5 to start of the only two dials on it.
But all I'm finding is tabs and full cans.
I've started on a local field in Manchester England.
I've only just started to go out with it so I basically have never done this before.
Any other advice for me and have I choose the right detector for a starter because I want a better one but there pricey , thanks again SANDMAN big js

Don't prejudge what may be in the hole before you dig. Many a good prize is missed by someone trying to eliminate a pulltab.
