Hey y'all,
Recently retired from 22 years as a press operator. Took early retirement due to medical issues and decided to take up MDing as a way to encourage myself to get out and do something physical to help strengthen my body and mind.
Live smack dab in the middle of Florida, close enough to hit the beaches once in a while too.
Hope to make some new friends here.
