Hard to tell from the pics, but I'd guess 1880-1920, possibly later. Bottles like this are still being produced in some places.

I'm pretty sure it is a wine bottle. Nice find, I bet it looks great in the window. Love the green glass!!

Appears to have a bead lip. Color, shape, and lip finish suggest to me a mineral water bottle from the TOC20.

cant really tell from the pic but it has a kickup base
