Scan_20140224 (2).webpScan_20140224 (4).webp This is a small lake bed that was at a resort created in the early 1920's. The lake was used for swimming and had a diving platform in the middle. The lake was drained around 2007. I'm planning on metal detecting it soon and am interested in dowsing and how it works. I figure there might be a lot of jewelry around where the diving platform if I can figure out where was( this resort was mainly used buy the middle and upper class at the time). Any help is appreciated.

I am getting that the diving board had no set place that it was located..Art

Thanks for looking.

Blue circles for silver targets. Red circles for places to check metal detecting, for mostly loose coins/treasure or artifacts of value, from surface down to 1-2 feet deep.

The diving board was on a vertical metal pier. Your picture is'nt zoomed out far enough to show where that was.Can you post clearer, sharper picture of the area and keep off all the identifying information?Jon
