Help finding a firefighter medallion

I am trying to find the last issue in this series of firefighter medallions that were put out bt Joe Marino. If I remember correctly he was out of Pa. I have all of them from 1986-1999 but need the 2000 one to complete my set. I thought I had it but that's what I get for thinking!
