HELP I.D Italian MOTORCYCLE MEDAL...1913

Hello everyone!!!
I have this medal which i beleive is for the 1st.Convention held in TERNI,ITALY in 1913 for motorcycles.This is an early time for motorcycles and was wondering if any of the fine people at treasurenet could help!!!
Like rarity,what it exactly says,etc.ANY HELP will be greatly appreciated.Thanks&HAPPY HUNTING ALL!!!
