Welcome to Tnet.

This appears to be a composite piece from two different makers… either assembled that way, or because one piece has been replaced as a repair. If it has been repaired, usually it’s the clasp that gets replaced.

The 750 mark with the ‘60 TV’ is an Italian mark for 18k gold. The ‘TV’ is for the province of Treviso in Northern Italy and the ‘60’ is the registration mark for a company called ‘Tecnigold S.P.a.’ based in Borso del Grappa in Treviso. Founded in 1979 by Francesco Piotto and best known for high quality machine-made gold chains.

The other 585 mark is for 14k gold but I don’t recognise the stylised eagle wings German maker mark. Modern jewellery isn’t really my thing, and I would assume it’s a relatively modern mark. Anything marked ‘Germany’ in English will have been made for export but I don’t know if Tecnigold used German-made clasps on their jewellery or if a German maker used Tecnigold chains on assembled jewellery made for export.
