Help ID a coin please

A coworker found out I dabble in coins and asked for me to ID this coin. I've never seen this type of foreign coin before. It looks like it's made from brass. Sorry for the crappy pics but he wouldn't let me take it home and take pics so we had to use the work camera. Can anyone please help?

I agree with it being a copy. It appears very crude, not to mention the color.

I think the text on Moe's referenced page says it all:
"Copy of a Spanish coin of Ferdinand and Isabella
Because of its historical significance this coin is copied quite extensively. This Real (arms/arrows tied) should be silver and not gold in color. The casting looks very poor."
