found this button an not to sure what to make of it... i find it in a spot where i find alot of CW buttons but i dont think it CW erea, naval button?

Definitely not a Military button, and not civil war era. The horizontal anchor on a "swallowtail" pennant suggests eiher a Yachting Fashion button or a Steamship Company's Steward's uniform button.
