help id item. new to treasure net

Hello
Im new to treasure net and looking for a keen eye. I work in a skip yard in the uk and often bring things home with me and do research on them but this has totally stumped me

It was on the end of a fake gold chain and has no markings on it. I think it might be made from a bullet but not sure.

Any help on what this is would be great.
