🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Help ID old lapel pin/collar brass not dug

Got this today at a yard sale, it was in a jar of old buttons, it is brass about size of a dime has the letters ABC some sort of collar brass but any help on what the letters stand for would be appreciate

Thank you for the responses. No manufacturers mark Most likely a Lapel Pin rather than a button. Non dug item, in with a jar of buttons plus some 40's & 50's stuff. from a Yard sale in Hedgesville Wva

I can promise you....it is not a civil war pin. It is probably off a child's pair of overalls or something like that, but 20th century for sure.

ABC was also a brand name for a washing machine in the early 1900's. The washing machines were made in Peoria, Illinois.

Do/did they have a bowling alley in Hedgesville?

Maybe American Bowling Congress. Bowling was very popular in the 50's and 60's.

I didn't see a match but plenty of ABC lapel pins - mostly for high scoring games or league championship.
