Found this awhile back i postef on todays finds and thought i would post here too. Found at old home site 1900's here in N AL. I have researched and have heard alot of great ideas. Just your thoughts. Thanks for looking

Its a Victorian era picture button. Oriental theme. Probably some ancient Chinese mythology pictured. I can't tell what it is... The characters are supposed to look like Chinese writing but as best I can tell they are gibberish.

One pic he's facing Left the other Right.

Though in the Left he's looking ahead the Right facing one Looking Down (Sleeping?) ?
or am I seeing things ?

I take it both sides are the same so I'm guessing Good Luck Medal/Token
