✅ SOLVED Help Identify Belt Plate!

I dug this at an 1857 property over the weekend and it appears to be pretty old. There is evidence on the back to indicate that it is a belt plate of some kind but after extensive research I have been unsuccessful at identifying it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
