Help Identify Mark ON This 2014 QUARTER

I recently got this quarter and after looking at it, I noticed that one of the eyes was messed up. Looks like the the eye has been melted.

I agree! I have owned hundreds of State Quarters with Die Chips on Washington's brow or in the general vivcinity of his' brow. For some reason, the Obverse Dies for Quarters made from 1999 to Present are much more susceptible to cracks in this location.
