Help Identify Religious Medal

[Silver Worm]

Found this silver medal today. Can anyone help with the meaning of the symbols on it? It's about 1 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Thanks.

It's an Egyptian style of jewelry- called a cartouche - the symbols are usually representative of some kind of letter and meaning a persons name/ that's these days anyway. Tablets of Egypt is where the jewelry style hails from _ still it is called a cartouche. I had a gold one with my nickname on it- in the characters- it came with a little translation paper- enough said .

It's called a Cartouche and the Symbols are Hieroglyphics for letters of the persons name. When stationed in the middle east and Turkey they are popular souvineers
