🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Help Identify the age of this?

[Old Soul 71]

Handed down from my WW2 Grandfather . Says Germany across the bottom and is a prank water squirter. Has an image of a girl in a swimsuit that I would guess is 1920’s . You fill with water and compress a spring and tell the unknowing sap to see more pictures turn the knob and he gets squirted in the eye . Just curious about age and value.
