Help Identify this item-gun stock?

I was metal detecting by an old army reserve base and I found 2 blanks and what appears to be a gun stock. I'm not really sure what it is though. What are your thoughts on what it could be?

I don't know what it is but it is certainly not a gun stock. Part of it resembles a fence connector, but I don't think so with the other piece connected to it.

Yep, looks like the cap for a cyclone fence post. The part connected probably held the serpentine or barbed wire.

I agree. Fence post top. Arm off of top held the barb wire.

The keystone and P on the one.... Were you in Pennsylvania?

Any fence pieces ring in loud on my detector. You would swear you had a silver dollar under the coil.
