Help identifying glass insulator model & value

Hi Everyone,

I found this glass insulator along with others. The Hemingrays #16 and 42 were easy to identify.

But, this one doesn't have a brand on it and only says 9 and 41.



Any idea who the mfg is and what it is worth?

Looks alot like a CD:1049 from Coulmbia... CD 1049 Columbia

Also a Hemingray (during ownership by Owens-Illinois) product. Not Colombian, but most of these were unmarked save the O-I insignia, and even that's usually quite a weak marking.
Not really worth anything, unfortunately.

It is still a CD-1049, it's just not the Colombian-made variety.
