Help identifying jewelry

Hello everyone,
A friend of mine (who has never metal detected lol) brought me this piece. It is a guardian angel coin). He found it in the ground. I am pretty certain that it is lead. Does anyone have any idea of a possible time period?

Buy one and get a few magic crystals so you can do better on the lottery. LOL
