Help identifying my latest find.

Sadly I do not own a metal detector yet! It is on my list of things I need! Anyway, that said I still find metal all the time. I just do it manually, digging in the bottom of boxes at estate sales, garage sales, etc. These were tucked away in a box of sewing notions I purchased at a garage sale along with many military buttons. These look old and are going to drive me crazy trying to figure out what they are!
