Hand carved native American stone tourist item. To my eye it looks like the face is wearing a hood. Maybe Inuit? Hard to determine age but I don't get the sense that it is super old. Alabaster? Onyx?

Has a slight resembelence To a early Pontiac hood emblem . Probably not just a view point
