Help identifying some stones/artifacts

i moved in recently to an old archaeologists house and started finding rocks smoothed and flat and very square. i didn't think anything of it till my rock hunting friend came over and told me i might have something. Anyone think they could help me with identifying these pics.

not sure if these are meant to be together but they look like same rock and fit well with each other
