That's a tough one. I think your certificate may have something to do with a mining company.
Here are some links to some stock research companies I ran across.
The first one says it is international and might be a good investment.
You should follow the "2 million dollar tale" button on the left of the screen.

There may be a chance this company changed names and is still in the business.
It looks to me that Peru makes big $$$ with mining exports.

I hope this is of some help..... Keep me in mind when you get you new vacation home in Peru.
