help in Tennessee

I will be visting family in Overton County Tennessee near Livingston. I have been relic hunting and coinshooting many times in the area and have done extensive research. However I have had no luck finding civil war relics. Anyone who has a suggestion or if anyone living in the area is interested in hunting with me I have permission to get on lots of land.
