I was wondering if anyone knew what this mark is? It kinda looks like 110? Im really not sure. Its on a Victorian Style Hat pin. Thanks for you help.

Def do an acid test for a definitive answer but imma say 1/10 gold filled.
 
Hard to say for sure. Have it tested.
