Help on a Paperweight?

Hey all,
I got a pretty nice paperweight at a garage sale last week for just $0.50. It's signed on the bottom, but I'm having quite a hard time deciphering it. It seems to say "The Year ___ ____ 1990" Any help is appreciated!

Fourth word looks like "man" to me.

Glass eye studios makes paperweights. $20 to $50 on eBay is my guess.

Searched it on Google and Ebay, and it's definitely "The Glass Eye"
