Help to ID bag/bale seal please *SOLVED*

Hey guys. I would really appreciate some help IDing this bag or bale seal. I have never found one, so this is out of my comfort zone in identifying. Also wondering an approximate age. thank you in advance.

looks like a RR-baggage seal.

I think it says "Kali Syndikat" for the associated German potash mines. Probably a bag seal for potash which I think is used in fertilizer. Maybe circa 1890-1920?
