✅ SOLVED Help To ID First Word

Looks like a medal to be awarded. There is space on the reverse to engrave. Even though I have this in hand I cannot make out what
the first letters are and say. Some thing and then LONDON. Either a place or maker in London England. Can any one figure out what the
first word is? It is on the first picture.. Thanks
