Help verifying find - Arrow abrader?

It's been very educating to look at pics of artifacts as well as seeing pics of rocks that look like artifacts on this site. This is the first potential one that I thought was worth posting.

The first one looks like a shaft straightener and the 3rd and abrader for knapping points. JMHO
