HELP W/SIGNET RING...

Hello everybody!!!
I found this ring a few yrs.ago approx.8in. down...What i can not figure out is the INITIALS(?) on this ring.It is marked A900(ARGENT=SILVER)W/a flower hallmark.ANY HELP with what this may read will be greatly appreciated.Looks like an M W/a 3 inbetween...HELP!!!

It also appears to be etched by someone that wasn't a jeweler cause the M is nice but the joining letter that's either a S or a J needed to be designed for a clear and cleaner appearance . Here's a link to try to find the Hallmark . < http://www.925-1000.com > Good Luck ! Woodstock
