help with 2 marbles

found theese in passaic river near my home in paterson nj the bigger has a blue spot on 1 side and a blue ring around it on the other side for its pattern the smaller is clear with just the 1 blue ribbon in the middle of it (i've never seen a marble this small) anyone have an id for them or their value...thanks for looking

Sorry Value on ether one is not much dollar wise . The larger one is a marble king . I would guess about 1950 or after. The small one is called a peewee cat eye. made by several companies
